Will ensure the student and alumni customer service flow enhances all visitors experiences while in the Career Resource Center. Oversee student assistants on a daily basis in the Career Resource Center and provide on-going leadership to students. Will run quick tutorials on the online resources located in Handshake. Graduate Assistant will train student workers on the usage of these programs. Will support the University Career Services on all career events as needed. Will routinely complete data entry assignments and consistently perform troubleshooting support to students in the Career Resource Center. Will have the opportunity to support and create 1-2 programs for students/recent graduates (CRC)

Qualifications: Enrolled in Graduate program Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel Attention to detail and an ability to work independently Good attendance record
